Scope of Work:
Senior Business Analyst for the Development of a Medical Delegate management System solution (MDMS).
Working closely with the development team, the key responsibilities of this Business Analyst are the following:
* Drive the business / functional requirement definition with our client department.
* Facilitate session for the design and construction of the solution. Candidate should be comfortable in meetings with a fairly high level corporate management.
* Get a deeper understanding of the business in order to be able to challenge the requirements and deliver the most optimal solution.
* Ensure the documentation level of detail is adapted for the development team to precisely understand what is expected as an end result.
* Ensure documentation is in line with IS/IT standards and methodology.
* Define the test scenarios the solution should cover in order to guarantee a high level of quality for the delivered solution.
* Document the test scenarios.
* Ensure that releases of the solution are extensively tested prior to delivery of the solution and in line with the initial Functional Requirements.
* Contribute to the support of the application in case of questions related to the functionality of the application.
* Ability to work with a SCRUM methodology.
Skills:
* Senior Business Analyst competency on large project in international organization.
* Strong analytical and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
* Functional analysis skills with international mindset
* Experience in working IS/IT in large projects. Good understanding of my client methodology and organization.
* Experience as analyst in mobility projects
* Experience in the Trade Asset management domain
* Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
