Description
Engineering Systems Lead responsible for developing, managing and administering Site Engineering Systems including CMMS, criticality analysis, calibrations, Engineering Change Management, contractor management and induction, training, materials stock control, documentation/records and waste.Role and Responsibilities:
* Project-manage CMMS implementations and upgrades.
* Ensure effective systems support to the wider Site Engineering team and other system users.
* Manage maintenance, documentation and purchasing administration within Engineering, with one report of a technical administrator.
* Comply with all Corporate and Site Quality, EHS and Financial requirements.
Skills/Requirements:
* Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (mechanical /electrical /electronic /mechatronic) is essential; an additional qualification in Maintenance Planning and RCM would be advantageous.
* At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance applied techniques and RCM
* Excellent influencer and written/verbal communicator
* Excellent documentation skills
* Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative with minimal direction
* Strong numeracy skills with experience in financial/budgeting in an engineering environment
* The ability to use CMMS to influence personnel performance management, Continuous Improvement budgeting etc.
