Description
North Street is looking for a talented, multi-disciplinary designer to work on a freelance basis on a variety of projects. Typical projects include working closely with our Art Director on the design of websites and microsites, print collateral, UX, reports and presentations. Clients include consumer electronics brands, beauty and fashion brands, publishers, non-profits, financial firms and more.
This position would be mostly work from home, though you may be called in periodically to meet or work on-site in our Flatiron NYC office. Though the position is freelance and project based, it could potentially evolve into something more substantial.
Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a must. Any HTML/CSS or other technical know how is a bonus, but not required.

Our small team of passionate designers and makers prides itself on high quality design, an expert grasp of technology and our responsiveness to the needs of our clients. Our office environment is fun and laid back (and mere blocks from the new Barcade Manhattan location!), but the work is serious.
