Scientific Editor - NY, NYMy client is a well-respected, well-established Medical Education/Healthcare Advertising company, based in NYC. They are currently seeking a full-time senior scientific editor to join the team. You will be responsible in the research and content development of scientific content.
Your responsibilities will include
- High quality content development of manuscripts, slides, needs assessments, etc.
- Managing a diverse team of writers and freelancers
- Commercial and educational presentations
- Fact Checking, Proofreading, and Copy Editing
- Smooth communication with faculty and management departments
- Dedicated to providing the highest quality medical education and communication programs
Qualified candidates will have
- An advanced degree in health and life sciences is preferred
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years previous experience in medical education, medical publishing, or Pharma experience.
- Proven research, writing and editing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience in oncology, diabetes, and CNS is a plus
