Description
Responsibilities:- work in multi-project environment complying with company, project, and Project Controls Department procedures and policies
- participate in the development of baseline schedule and supports PM in Integrated Baseline Review
- collects and analyzes data on project progress, production rates, etc to improve efficiency and accuracy of future planning
- Reviews contract specifications, working to identify gaps in Project Plan
- Development and Implementation of Risk Management Plan
- Create consolidated reports on project established metrics - Earned Value Analysis, Resource Allocation Analysis, etc.
- Support PM with Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Scope of Work, WBS Dictionary, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, etc.
- Provide site staff with necessary field schedules
