Project Details: A higher education institution based in the Midlands currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Security Consultant to facilitate a network consolidation and security migration.
As Security Consultant you will use your extensive risk management experience to establish security requirements and configure firewalls throughout the campus.
You will have gained many years expereince with hands-on routing & switching to oversee a team of network engineers. You will also be required to use your expertise (Cisco Certified, CCIE, CISM) to oversee this extensive network redesign.
This is an exciting time to take a leading role as the Security Consultant within a Network Team of 8, to play an essential role within this ongoing university transformation programme.
Previous education sector experience is desirable but not essential
