An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance & Conduct Monitoring Specialist in General Insurance to join a Tier 1 Bank based in London focusing on their Insurance business.
You will have a good understanding of the controls and the regulatory environment and come with strong management experience.
Direct line management responsibility for a team of senior audit managers, conducting appraisal evaluations, coaching and development, support and motivating your team to deliver business objectives.
You will be required to managing a significant portfolio of audits across the business.
Experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships is vital to this role. This includes with being able to influence change and educate the business and provide guidance and counsel when required.

This is role is for compliance professionals currently working in business or audit. You could currently be working for a large Insurer or a bank that offers insurance products but be on the compliance/audit side however we are not looking for London Market Insurance exposure.
