Service Desk Analyst - 12 Months, BathComputer Futures are seeking a Service Desk Analyst experienced in providing 1st/2nd Line Support in a highly customer focused environment. You will be required to ensure that service is delivered in accordance with clients contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support
- Manage customer relationships
- Incident management
- Supplier management
- Provide training and guidance of IT systems
- Assist in creating Incident Reports
- Maintain inventory for desktop hardware and software
- Contribute to knowledge base and knowledge management processes
- Desktop Support & Network Administration
Essential skills
- Experience of providing 1st/2nd line bespoke application support
- Experience of writing SQL queries
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong team working skills
- Strong customer facing and communication skills
- Be accurate and security conscious within all aspects of job role
- Working in an ITIL environment
