My Client are one of the leading Microsoft Gold Partners in the UK they also have a global presence. They are now looking for an experienced account manager to retain and develop trusted long standing relationships and generate business sales opportunities on the for ERP/CRM side.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales portfolio for approximately 100 accounts.

* Lead generation from account management and proactive delivery of sales account plan.

* Engagement with partnerships, principally Microsoft to gain further coverage within account base.

* Deliver excellent customer service to the account base ensuring that attrition is low and multiyear contracts are negotiated.

Skills:

.A proven background of qualifying customer needs and translating product functionality into client value.

* You will have a track record of consistent over-achievement against your targets and a demonstrated ability to achieve results. Knowledge

* Ability to use software tools such as Microsoft Office.

* Knowledge of Microsoft CRM desirable.

* Knowledge of a service led software business desirable

* Experience of selling CRM and ERP license plans to an account base desirable Work Experience

* Previous experience in selling erp/crm software solutions

* Experience of working within a vertical market such as Construction, Manufacturing or Distribution.

* A proven history in an account management role within Software service, will be a distinct advantage.
