We are currently seeking (4) Electro mechanical Technician for a 12 month contract role in Lagrange, GA.
Normal Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs 10 hrs per Day 10 - 15 % overtime due to emergency call in situations. Could occur on weekends
Responsibilities :
Provide electrical expertise to all functional areas, and other maintenance teams as needed. Assist all manufacturing teams and maintenance departments in reaching goals pertaining to safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping. Help ensure machine reliability meets team objectives. Incumbents report to maintenance team leader. Provides the team and mill with a hands-on technical resource with the knowledge and background to analyze problems and develop and implement solutions in the electrical maintenance fields. Responsibilities also include meeting business objectives in machine reliability, uptime, yield, and customer requirements and providing support in functional areas.
Skills:
Two year technical degree or equivalent military electrical certifications
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts. Hours could include nights, holidays, weekends and overtime if need arises
Read and write basic English
Basic computer skills; Excel, MS Word, Email
Must have a basic understanding of preventive, predictive, and proactive electrical concepts Preferred: 2 years of electrical experience
Knowledge of and can troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC's and drives
Experienced in calibration of pressure temperature flow instrumentation
Working knowledge of low and medium voltage systems
Experience with high- speed manufacturing and converting equipment
