Solaris, Oracle SOA (OSB, BPEL) Desktop/Application Support Manager
A leading Consultancy is looking for an experienced Support Manager to join a growing team. The ideal manager will have come from an Application Support background with Solaris and the Oracle SOA suite as well as the below activities:
Leads a technical support team for smooth operations and provide guidance
Able to prepare and update the operation model and other related documents to keep them up to date.
Creates an environment within Technical Support that ensures a desirable working atmosphere
Identification of process improvement opportunities and implements strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency and quality of technical support provided
Establishes key metrics that effectively evaluate the performance of technical support supervisors and staff
Collaborates with Customer Success leadership to ensure consistency of service delivery across all support functions
Creates processes that ensure quality support of off-line responsibilities while maximizing availability to support inbound call volume
Establishes effective partnerships and processes with teams to improve customer support
Conducts timely performance reviews of direct reports and ensures environment of timely coaching and feedback exists from leadership with Technical Support to Technical Support Representatives.
