Description
A client of mine is looking for a Senior CRM Consultant that can offer their clients peace of mind by assembling and leading project teams to develop exceptional CRM deliverables. They must have a deep understanding of the client's business requirements (including budget, timelines, as well as end-user needs) to deliver customized solutions. As a project lead, they will guide their team to develop and customize a CRM system that fits the outlined needs of the client.
Some of the core responsibilities include:
- Participate in client meetings to understand and review business requirements
- Assemble project teams to meet client agendas, timelines, and budgets for CRM projects
- Collaborate with assembled team on all aspects of a CRM project, from strategy and design to implementation and support
- Day-to-day budget monitoring and project maintenance, including preparation of work plans, deliverables, and project status reports
- Manage the relationships with clients, engineering and project groups and ensure effective communication throughout
- Help lead and work alongside other CRM developers and other technical workers
- Achieve technical certifications that are relevant to the projects delivered to clients
- Travel locally to client sites to help design, test and implement solutions
Qualifications for the role:
- 5+ years CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Expertise in development processes and methodologies
- The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and effectively balance tasks
- Is tech savvy, and has the ability to quickly grasp and solve both business and technical concepts and issues by leveraging the resources available
- Deep desire and passion for providing outstanding service
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into an easy-to-understand explanation
- Sales and marketing experience a plus
