Description
A unique financial and insurance services firm in Northbrook, IL is currently seeking a new IT Lead for their technology team. The firm is currently working on the development of brand new customer facing products and they need an IT generalist to oversee the design and implementation of these new systems. This is a hands on position with direct management responsibilities.Management Responsibilities:
- Directly and manage a team of five developer with responsibilities ranging from Code Review, Performance Management and day-to-day operations
- Interface and work directly with multiple business lines, stakeholders and end-users
- Develop overall business strategy for IT team
- Function as Team Foundation Server Administrator
Technical Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure IIS or similar Internet Web Servers
- Development of .Net Windows and Web Services applications using C# and Asp.Net
- Configuration and installation of multi-tier software environments
- Managing SQL, Oracle and DB2 databases
- Be resonb
Requirements for this position call for:
- 3+ Years of experience with Visual Studio.Net including C# and Asp.Net
- 1+ Years of management experience
- 2+ Years of IIS or other web server experience
