As a Resourcer, this is your first or second step into the recruitment industry and we are in the hunt for highly motivated, confident individuals with excellent business acumen to join what is a very successful market leading organisation. There is a high earning potential and excellent career prospects in terms of your progression.
About the role
Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts
- Deal with general queries relating to employment packages, logistics etc

The ideal candidate:
- Experience within or more of the following areas:
- Telesales
- Door to Door sales.
- Street fund raising
- a target driven commercial environment
- Resourcing or Recruitment
To be successful in this role we ask that you ideally you have 1 year of sales or recruitment experience. Perhaps you are a graduate looking to make your first step into the recruitment industry?
