Role: Support Analyst/ Business AnalystLocation: London
Salary: £45-£55k + Benefits
My client are a looking for an experienced support analyst to come in and help on some extremely exciting projects to drive their business forward. The globally recognised FTSE 250 company are a community in excess of 3,000 people, spread across 40 sites in the UK, continental Europe, Hong Kong, Dubai, Australia and the USA who anticipate significant further growth over the next few years.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for evolving and developing the Siebel Support function
*Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Siebel environment.
*Liaise with the development team and release manager to implement new releases.
·Working closely with Operations, Service Desk and CST support teams to receive and resolve escalated issues with the sales systems.
·Testing of new functionality in the Sales systems.
·Liaise with the development team and release manager to implement new releases.
·Implement changes in accordance with change, release and configuration management procedures.
·Through regular monitoring, analyse, review and report on all sales application operational services and database interface
Technical experience required for the role:
*Experienced in Siebel
*Proven experience of basic SQL
*Siebel Tools expertise
*Experience in any of the following will be advantageous: EIM, EAI, ADM, Analytics.
