Description
The role is to provide analyst support to the Compensation and Benefit area; to support development and implementation and on-going success of appropriate UK & Ireland Compensation and Benefits strategies, policies and processes.
*Manage both local and globally driven salary survey processes, including related analysis to support market pricing and the maintenance of pay ranges.
*Management and delivery of annual salary adjustment process for all businesses and plants (including negotiated pay awards for specific plants)
*Interpretation of reward policies, providing counsel to HR colleagues and Business Managers accordingly
Key skills and experience;
*Relevant Compensation & Benefits experience or experience in a highly analytical role
*Salary survey/benchmarking experience essential
*Excellent numerical and analytical ability (advanced Excel skills essential)
