Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a IT Project Manager. Candidate will be responsible for information security projects, policies, procedures, measures, documentation and oversees their development. Responsible for the complex information security projects. Must have broad technical knowledge of networks, systems, applications, information security and project management techniques as well as strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. All Information Security professionals serve as good stewards of the information entrusted to the organization. Apply knowledge of principles, practices, standards, terminology and trends in Information Security project management on projects managed. This includes systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and on-going support. Responsible for managing technology and consulting vendor/partner relationships, service delivery and overall performance. The Project Manager will indirectly supervise associates across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Leads complex projects involving multiple departments across specialty areas that have significant impact on business productivity and operations. Independently manages time-lines, resources, budget, staff and implementation efforts. Projects managed are typically less than 1 year endeavors with the majority of projects completed within six to nine months.
2. Proactively provides design and functionality direction to project teams during the planning and development stages.
3. Interacts with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to evaluate technology related security products under appropriate management guidance.
4. Works independently on multiple projects and task assignments.
5. Proactively tackles and independently troubleshoots complex problems that involve multiple systems and applications.
6. Collaboration: Drives collaboration across teams and departments. Addresses issues upfront, defines alternative solutions, resolves conflict and creates lasting, productive partnerships with clients. Provides resources and organizational structure to promote collaborative efforts to project modules.
7. Project Delivery: Delivers projects on time and in budget. Makes changes to project phases as needed to address changes or problems to original project scope. Communicates with senior management regarding project obstacles and makes necessary changes to project team makeup and scope in effort to continue progress towards deliverables.
8. Consultation: Responsible for providing subject matter expertise to multiple departments on security threats, technology, standards, and practices being applied in the industry in order to ensure the information security program adapts to changing threats and technology advances.
9. Communication: Conveys goals and objectives to senior management and project team members in a clear and compelling manner. Actively listens during project meetings and clarifies information as needed. Produces concise project status reports that articulate project delivery. Ensures that issues and successes are clearly communicated to team members, stakeholders, sponsors and all levels of management. Ensures and promotes open communication on the project teams. Tactfully and candidly addresses situations to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk.
10. Change Management: Recognizes the impact corporate culture has on the success of projects and knows how to use the organization to achieve project objectives. Assists in strategically positioning projects within Information Security's short and long term goals.
11. Process Delivery: Ensures project management processes are both effective and efficient. Whenever possible, implements automation or other changes as necessary to reduce and/or improve delivery time.

- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
