Description
Financial Analyst urgently required for an initial 6 month contract for a leading Energy Trading Client.
You will be required to Provide support in collection of unpaid invoices, resolve Accounts Receivable issues, Assist with administration and special projects based on departmental goals and objectives, Prepare statements and other supporting documentation as necessary to generate prompt customer payments as well as run project cost reports for project managers and assist in resolving issues with regards to costs not invoiced.
The candidate will ideally hold a Finance related degree. Credit knowledge - (In particular chasing outstanding debts). Experience in a fast-paced changing business environment and previous exposure to Conducting Financial Analysis projects (1-3 years exp) is also a key requirement for the role. Basic understanding of accounting principles, preferably with experience of accounts receivable and general ledger environment and Knowledge of Shipping/Maritime/Energy Trading arena would be advantageous.
