Description
Main Tasks:
- Minimum of 5 years Field Services Core experience with GSM and UMTS technologies.
- Perform O&M Routine Tasks on Core nodes MSC, HLR, BSC, STP, MGW, RNC, EVO BSC, EVO RNC, HSS, EPDU, CUDB, Smart Edge, Blade Cluster, GGSN, SGSN.
- Perform Hardware replacement for Ericsson Equipment's like APG, CP, and Generic Magazine replacement.
- Handle Core Transmission and loop/break on ODF, DDF, ET4 Magazine, and ADM. Can handle signalling issues
- Perform Preventive Maintenance Routine (PMR) jobs, routine SYSTEM, TT, APG, MGW, RNC backups
- Perform Voice Quality Test (VQT) on different routes like MSC-MSC, MSC-BSC, MSC-PSTN
- Apply different solutions released from Back Office on Core nodes.
- Perform PAT and involve in commissioning of newly installed nodes.
- Ensure to achieve KPI and SLA agreed with customer.
- Third Party cooperation, Managing & Supervision.
