Marketing Administrator - Bracknell - 12 month contract - £13.75 per hour

Our client is seeking a Marketing Administrator to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

About the role:

- Joining a new team where things are evolving, the hiring manager is keen for the successful candidate to be a self-starter and able to quickly adapt to change.
- The Business Group are currently centralising processes across each division
- The division consists of four quadrants and the successful candidate will work across two of these. 40 % of their time will be supporting the sales and samples team and 60% will be facilitation of various business critical processes.
- Checking queries from the Sales team/Sales Managers. Running reports, contacting the Samples Store and understanding the level of stock replenishment needed.
- Sales Compensation Plans - Calculate and management of this for Sales Compensation Team.

Role requirements:

- The successful candidate will have the ability to problem solve and use own initiative.
- Ability to embrace change and adapt accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and a knowledge/experience of Customer Service.
- Numerate and able to identify errors
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Able to quickly use systems
- Full training given and ongoing.
