Job Description
The Commercial Development Manager will be working to assist in delivering on growth plans. Reporting to the Business Development Director or the CFO (tbd), this role will involve working closely with the Executive Team in what is a fast paced, broad ranging and strategic role. The successful candidate will execute business development projects, while managing the joint venture pipeline, and carry out due diligence on target partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Can evaluate new and existing joint venture/ partnership opportunities; both strategically and financially
•Compiling comprehensive activity and financial models (on Microsoft Excel)
•Leads independent work in the development and preparation of health financial models starting from service models and activity to financials (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow.
•Assisting in negotiating partnership agreements and joint ventures

Skills & Experience
•Good project management skills
•A background in Healthcare; Finance; Informatics;
•The ability to write business cases and investment papers; while also creating PowerPoint presentations

About the Individual
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. They will be methodical in their approach, but also understand the need to be adaptable to changing workloads and requirements.
