Westhouse is a leading recruitment company that operates globally in the field of personnel selection, placement and project management. Our client is currently looking for an Investment Director ( Real Estate)MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Deal sourcing and origination
• Lead deal underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, financing and execution
• Develop and implement asset strategy plans, including hold-sell analysis
• Handle asset management and oversee property management
• Handle capital management
• Provide general market and fund performance updates
• Prepare periodic reports to investors and banks
• Prepare and monitor fund and project budgets
• Organize regular meetings for investors and investor visits
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related area
• More than 10 years of working experience in commercial real estate in China
• Well networked in the real estate industry
• Preferably experienced in real estate fund management with fiduciary responsibilities
• Strong numerical skills
• Resourceful, creative and able to work independently
• Leadership, organizational and excellent people management skills
• Positive, passionate and enthusiastic attitude
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and able to present/communicate well
