Description
Shopping Quality Evaluator / AnalystOur client, in the IT-industry, is currently seeking for a Shopping Quality Evaluator / Analyst in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
· Manually review offers and validate third parties results
· Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams
· Improve the quality of our e-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies
· Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis
Requirements:
· Good web research and analytical skills
· Knowledge of English is a must
· Interest in online shopping and e-commerce is a plus
· University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus
· Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is preferred
· Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs
· English fluent is mandatory
· At least basic knowledge of 2 other languages from this list: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
