Description
My retail client are looking for an experienced ePOS Consultant to undertake a hybrid role working on a global project.
The role covers 3 main areas.
1. Business Analyst
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Workstream Lead, Represent UK IT within the Global Project team.
3. Technical POS Solutions, European Payment Solutions.
Outline of the requirements.
1) Strong BA skills with plenty of experience in all related areas of projects
2) Retail POS experience in equivalent retailers
3) Experience of acting as a BA on multi country workstreams within the Programme
4) Customer Relationship management, to enable the support of all European business partners as part of the ongoing solution/requirement reviews across all areas of the programme
5) Experience of actively assessing and recommending European Strategic direction within the POS space, to ensure that all Local European requirements are actively represented, championed and accepted within the programme
6) Experience of Exec Relationship Management, to ensure that the SLT (Senior Leadership Team/execs) in IT and the business LTs are pro-actively kept up to date on all activities, milestones, issues, of the programme
7) Experience of working with architecture and technical design groups within USA and UK IT
