My Investment Banking client based in Chester is currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their team.

Key Skills for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst:

* MUST have at least 3 years experience in Pay Reviews, Bonus Reviews and HR pay related issues.
* Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret numerical data to drive decisions.
* Demonstrated success in consulting across functional areas.
* Strong written and verbal communications kills.
* Experience in working with senior leaders in a heavily-matrixed environment.
* Compensation and Benefits experience.
* HR analytical experience.

The role:

* Ideally from a Banking organisation AND/OR large complex organisation.
* Experience in HR related issues (Pay, Bonus, Compensation and Benefits)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams.
* Work to strict/changing deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills combined with the ability to plan, organise and carry out multiple project assignments.
