- VERITAS Volume Manager (including advanced troubleshooting)

- Sun Volume Manager
- Korn Shell Scripting
- EMC San technologies (RDF, DMX, Symmetric Unix command set)
- Documentation skills (SharePoint, wiki)
- Oracle Exadata (OEL)
- Veritas CFS
- Perl
- HDS storage technologies
- AIX Administration skills
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Fluent in English
