for a SharePoint Expert (f/m)


Project environment: A Swiss Insurance Company.

Tasks

• Create guidance based on use cases for the client’s user community how to optimally manage documents in SharePoint.
• Drive implementation of guidance through different measures (e.g. template customization, short videos, etc.).
• Ensure consistent user experience in SharePoint together with internal technical specialists.
• Guarantee consistent user experience in SharePoint is in line with overall myWorkspace (Win 8.1, Exchange, Office 2013) user experience.
• Develop test cases (based on use cases) together with Testing Team.

Requirements

• SharePoint power user with proven hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013.
• Proven experience in larger organizations on how to optimally work with documents in SharePoint 2013.
• Ability to take on perspective of an end user.
• Strong competence to work in diverse teams and large projects.
• Experience in behavioral change management.
