Description
My client, one of the most successful financial organizations, has an excellent infrastructure engineer opportunity in the Chicago area. You will be working with some of the most advanced infrastructure technology, as well as working in a core technology environment. You will be responsible for interacting with external and internal infrastructure, continuous improvement, and complying with IT and controls policies. You will be working closely with design, development, database engineering, Linux, and UNIX. This is a chance to work with one of the best teams in the industry.This is a 1+ year contract that could potentially be permanent, with a compensation of $55/hour.
Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:
-5-6 years of UNIX/Linux experience
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
-Background working in the financial or banking industries
-Extensive knowledge of Greenfield project development/project development life cycle
-Experience with cross-functional teams and interacting various areas of management
