Description
I am interested in speaking with Offshore Installation Managers (Production) to work on an FPSO Deepwater project for my key client offshore Nigeria.The ideal candidate will have experience in:
-Shut down operations
-Production Opertions experience on an FPSO
-Supervising and provind offshore support
-Experience in leading a team in opertions start up
-15+ years experience in the industry, at least 7 years as OIM.
FPSO - Offshore Installation Manager
Responsible to the Operations Manager for the Health, Safety and Welfare and Operational performance of the FPSO & associated facilities.
Step change in safety and process reliability culminating in recognition as the company's reference point in Operational HSE and Oil & Gas Production
Lead role in the Nigerian Nationalisation programme to ensure transferral of roles and responsibilities to competent personnel
Attained and maintained "Calculative" assessment in Maintenance, Integrity and Assurance in compliance with the company's International Global Guidelines
Drive continuous improvement in the attainment of Safety performance, production performance and Asset integrity
Manage the development and product volume assurance projects whilst minimising deferment
Work and define the HSSE control framework to ensure Design, Technical & Operating integrity is maintained. To ensure that Process Safety Basic Requirements gaps are identified, closed or managed to ALARP project
Deliver Top Quartile performance in Production Reliability and Maintenance
Contract type:
-12 months rolling contract (30 days notice) on a major project
-Rotational role
-Medivac insurance + payroll
-Net of Nigerian income tax
-Expat or locals with required skills considered.
