Familiar with unit function and layout
Analyze the performance data, faults and events reporting
Operate the system set up
Create the connections and provide the protection schemes
Operate the main troubleshooting procedures
Familiar with composition rules, control system architecture, switching system architecture, synchronization sub-system architecture
Familiar with SDH, DWDM and related standards
Familiar with Ethernet Layer1 & Layer2 and related standards
Chinese and Malaysian speaker preferred
