Communication Support Analyst - Collection and recoveries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a time of major change. This role is to support a critical business improvement programme within the secured collections and recoveries department. The department is a customer facing team within the Mortgages area. You will be working in a team of 12-15 people and you will be a key team member. The programme has a large and varied set of Senior Stakeholders and require high quality, regular and targeted communications. The successful candidate will be required to work pro-actively to produce high quality communication documents to be used with the stakeholders

Key Skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal as you would expect for an internal communications role
- Proven skills with Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Experience of working in Financial Services and change management
- Previous knowledge of collections and recoveries.
