Description
We have an exciting long term contract opportunity for an experienced Executive Support Manager to work within a supportive and reputable Government Department.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the divisional Executive Support function
- Plan and arrange events including board meetings, divisional planning events, steering committees and reference group meetings
- Coordinate and research and prepare responses to requests for information from whole-of-government, cross-agency and central agencies
- Develop and maintain divisional administrative circulars and ICT policy documents
- Communicate to stakeholders including ICT and business executive, both verbal and written
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, communications, computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive support position
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of providing and managing an executive support function
- Excellent research, analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Negative Vetting level 1 security clearance or higher
