Executive Assistant, Support, Personal Assistant, Public Sector

Spring Technology are looking for a PA to CEO for our public sector client based between London and Birmingham.

Key responsibilities would be:
* To provide full and proactive secretarial and Personal Assistant support and effective diary and email management to the Senior Leadership Team member, including the organising of confidential and politically sensitive meetings, papers and correspondence, to ensure that the Senior Leadership Team member's time is efficiently managed and maximised so that they can be effective as possible.
* To identify and brief the Senior Leadership Team member on emerging issues and identify appropriate action owners for responses to enable the Senior Leadership Team member to have as much information as possible before making a formal decision/response.
* To draft and edit routine correspondence to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner to deliver best results within appropriate deadlines for customers.
* To build, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally/externally ensuring professional public relation services and respectful attitude and contributing towards good stakeholder relationships.
* To support the collation of team papers to the Senior Leadership Team/Board, chasing as necessary ensuring their time is efficiently managed and maximised.
* To provide direct support to the Senior Leadership Team member at key meetings and events, including confidential note taking, follow up actions, progress chasing to ensure the Senior Leadership Team member is briefed and prepared with accurate information and that their time is efficiently allocated and maximised.
* To support the Senior Leadership Team member in projects/special task work as required to enable the Senior Leadership Team member to be integrated and work closely with project/programme teams to enable them to deliver on their objectives.
* To continually identify and implement improvements to work processes and technologies ensuring receives value for money, increasing productivity and efficiencies, reduce duplication and contribute towards overall operational and budget planning processes.
* To work across business support to provide a comprehensive, flexible, effective and confidential business support service in accordance with best practice that meets the needs of the business to support Matrix working to enable teams to have the information that they need to deliver their work.

It is important that the candidates are able to travel mainly between London and Birmingham
