My client, a leading and well established consulting firm, is looking to expand their internal Scrum Master pool to enable them to deliver the projects they are currently winning.
Working on client site, as Scrum Master your main duties will include facilitating daily stand-ups, story sizing, sprint planning, release planning etc.
To be considered for interview you need to have at least 3 years experience as a SCRUM Master with a thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies and delivery experience of at least one framework.
A software development/Java background is desirable but not essential, as is experience of coaching newcomers to Scrum. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) status is also desirable, but again, not a pre-requisite.
