Requirements:

- Previous experience as a KAM or in a similar role within industry

- European or International experience and ideally (not essentially) ability to speak/write a second language

- Expert knowledge of Sales within Supply Chain and mainstream Pharma

- Proven track record of interacting successfully with key, senior decision makers

- Leadership skills and experience of leading projects across multifunctional teams

- Experience of sharing information with management team, external healthcare professionals, peers and clients and ability to develop best practice across the commercial arm of organisation

- Very strong communication skills along with the ability to flawlessly present information to a diverse range of customers and departments within manufacturing organisations

- Natural ability and confidence to question all levels of customers within manufacturing organisations to identify their needs in order to sell back services as appropriate

- Strong strategic thinking and results/target driven attitude

- Project management and business planning skills/experience

- KAM background in analysing a range of sources and market data, prioritising accounts based on opportunity and business potential, focussing on key influences within key accounts for maximum business gain, segmenting accounts in line with time scales to produce quick wins as well as long-term opportunities

Role Profile

- Working on a European level, you will be responsible for 3-10 medicines manufacturing Key Accounts

- Develop and implement a business plan in line with the company strategy

- Must understand the supply chain customer, decision making unit and opportunities to identify solutions that result in competitive advantages

- Drive and optimise sales pipeline, engage and resolve contract negotiations to build strong customer relationships, secure professional implementation of contracts at country level

- Influence countries to meet customer requirements, support countries to win new local business opportunities

- Share account knowledge and plans with key stakeholders and develop best practice case studies
