My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Onsite/IT Recruiter.

This individual will operate as a full life cycle recruiting professional and influence all aspects of the talent acquisition process. You will be trusted to establish solid business partnerships with hiring managers and need to operate as a talent advisor/consultant in all aspects of recruitment.

Your primary focus will be on managing client expectations, sourcing strategy, early stage candidate assessment, and salary negotiation. A secondary, but equally valuable focus, will be to effectively influence and consult with your clients to ensure successful recruitment outcomes and quality of hire.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8 years of corporate function recruiting experience. Strong consulting and influencing skills. Ability to provide a consistently high level of client satisfaction. High level of energy, engagement, and bias towards action & results.

Technology savvy in the use of TA related applications/tools, eg. ATS, CRM, LinkedIn. Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications. Familiarization with social media recruitment and building talent pools in advance of requisitions. Demonstrated experience participating in HR TA related projects. Ability to use creativity and innovation to solve problems/challenges. Self-direction and desire to operate with little day-to-day oversight and direction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
