Description
SOLA are currently a CCNA Voice French speaker CUCM - to work for our customer in Toulouse.
The role consists of support and will be 1 month duration initially with a good chance of extension.
Daily rate is between euro;200-euro;230 per day and should cover expenses.
Please note we need a French speaker.
Job Details
- Manage and operate the UC&S solution deployed for our Customer
- Support ServiceDesk
- Support end users when they call from a non-working videoconference room
- Incident Management for L1 and L2 incidents
- Manage end-users requests:
- New request
- UC client configuration
- Software Move Add & Changes
- Manage incidents with escalation if necessary and third-parties relationship
- Supervise and monitor the UC&C infrastructure (equipment, connection, etc)
- Manage standard request
- Setup Configurations
- Manage all the documentations update
- VIP Videoconferences, and Special Events supervision
- Coordination with other team members in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Spain)
