SOLA are currently a CCNA Voice French speaker CUCM - to work for our customer in Toulouse.

The role consists of support and will be 1 month duration initially with a good chance of extension.

Daily rate is between euro;200-euro;230 per day and should cover expenses.

Please note we need a French speaker.

Job Details

  •  Manage and operate the UC&S solution deployed for our Customer
  • Support ServiceDesk
  • Support end users when they call from a non-working videoconference room
  • Incident Management for L1 and L2 incidents
  • Manage end-users requests:
  • New request
  • UC client configuration
  • Software Move Add & Changes
    • Manage incidents with escalation if necessary and third-parties relationship
    • Supervise and monitor the UC&C infrastructure (equipment, connection, etc)
    • Manage standard request
    • Setup Configurations
    • Manage all the documentations update
  • VIP Videoconferences, and Special Events supervision
  • Coordination with other team members in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Spain)
