The European Product Data Management (EPDM) Manager is responsible for managing a European team who are accountable for the coordination and completeness of SAP master data while providing operational support to Bose's Global Supply Chain. Identify and drive projects.

Define, design and staff the organizational model for the European Product Data Management team to support all SAP Data Management requirements from Engineering Design to Sales.
Serves as escalation point for data management enhancements from business.
Represent the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Global Product Data teams on various cross functional business and IT projects.
Represents the Enterprise Data Management operational arm at the Data Governance Council and ensures global representation on operational issues.
Business liaison for SAP material creation and extension.
Understand data dependencies across the organization, systems and business processes.
Manage, train and coach the Data Master Coordinators.
Manage two 'solid line' SAP Master Data Coordinator (MDC) direct report in Europe.
Provide knowledge transfer to the Master Data Coordinators.
Relevant experience: (international/large ) company that sells, distributes and manufactures consumer electronics or high tech products.
Technical competencies necessary for the job;
4-year Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in data management functions or related discipline for a large enterprise.
The manager should have experience in identifying strengths, growth opportunities, and professional development of the team members.
The effective manager will have excellent organizational, team, oral and written communication skills.
Experience in a company that sells, distributes and manufactures consumer electronics or high tech products.
SAP knowledge.
MS Office tools.
ERP and PDM applications.
