WordPress developer needed!

Description

I’m looking for a reliable developer who can fix our WordPress theme. We’ve tried a few people and they haven’t worked out for us. We have a few critical features that need adding as soon as possible:

Responsive design – this is already implemented but has bugs: ads are not responsive, the menu does not work on mobile, spacing issues

Adverts – we are using Google Adsense but would also like to implement Chitika ads alongside them on the main page. We already have an account and the relevant embed code, so it just needs implementing in our current layout.

Custom YouTube player – we’ve bought a custom javascript youtube player and would like to integrate this into WordPress to work with all YouTube embeds

Pop ups in different languages – we want lightbox style pop ups to appear to ‘like our page’ and subscribe to our newsletter. These have to be in different languages as the website is multilingual (we are using the WPML plugin for this).

Speed and SEO optimisation – the site needs to be optimised for speed and faster page loads, SEO optimisation might also be needed

If you can do these things please give us an estimate on how long it will take and the work involved. We have a test installation server you can work on and I’ll provide you with all the admin account info you need.

We need someone reliable and communicative who can put in solid work so we can see results, unfortunately this hasn’t been the case in our previous experience!
