Dynamics AX Project Manager required, ERP, IT for an initial 6 month Contract in WiltshireType - Contract (6 months +)
Location - Wiltshire
Rate - £350 to £400 per day
Start Date - ASAP
My client is looking for an experienced Dynamics AX Project Manager to implement a Dynamics AX ERP system into a new site. The ideal candidate will have direct experience of project managing implementations of AX systems, and be able to replicate successful delivery of said projects.
Key skills:
- Ability to manage teams and projects
- Dynamics AX implementation
- Prince2, Agile(Scrum, Kanban, DSDM)
- Liaising with partners
- Budget control
- Communication with steering group
- Ability to schedule, set milestones, and deliver on time
- Develop plan and manage to all aspects of a project
- Communicate status, raise exceptions and propose mitigation
- Adapt plan to changing business priorities
- Own the project - definition and delivery
Desirables:
- Engineering background
- Manufacturing
- Customer service & liaison
Candidate attributes:
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of mixed resource types
- Proactive problem solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project activities of differing duration and priority
- Strong technical background and understanding
There will also be requirement to visit a different client site in the East Midlands area 1 day a week, however all expenses for this will be paid.
