Charles River/Functional Support/2nd line/SQL
We are currently looking for a Functional Support analyst/Functional Manager who has worked with the Charles River application.
Responsibilities:
-Handling of maintenance requests of the Charles River application
-Analysis and identification of problems
-2nd line functional support
-Bug fixing
-Having contact with the business to analyse and solve problems with the application
Skills required:
-In depth knowledge of the Charles River application on a functional level
-Good communication skills to deal with the business/owners
-Ability to write SQL queries
