SALARY - £15-£16,500 per annum - depending on experience

8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

20 days holiday + bank holidays

OUR BUSINESS - we make and sell the best reading/task lights in the world predominantly through mail order - visit to find out more.

OUR AIM is to build the best sales and customer service operation in the world.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR a friendly, energetic person to handle front line sales, and to provide support to the customer service team. You will relish making the most of every call, and be passionate about providing the best customer service ever.

THE ROLE

  • Talking to people mainly over the phone and helping them order the right product for their needs

  • Following up sales leads to convert to order

  • Exceed sales targets

  • Supporting the Customer Service Team; handling delivery enquiries, product returns, swaps and problem cases and maintaining accurate detailed customer records

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    You need to:-

  • Love and be great at selling

  • Be a good, empathetic listener

  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Love working hard and fast

  • Ooze an up-for-it attitude and be a good team player

  • Fast, accurate typing skills for data inputting

  • Have had considerable experience working within a Sales/Customer Service Team environment
