Software Developer to join distributed team!

Description

We are looking for a very experienced, very senior, very passionate, and highly-driven individual to join the engineering team.

In addition to significant equity, you will receive a very competitive salary and benefits compensation package (commensurate with your experience) as funding is secured.

Please note that this is equity only position until we close our Series A, for which we have our lead investors. For just 2-3 months, there will be no cash compensation. Please do not reply if you can't work with this constraint.

Currently the team is distributed. We anticipate opening an office in San Francisco in 2014.

Tinga is building a platform with the latest cutting-edge technologies; you will work with a large team of super-talented people. This position reports to the VP Engineering.


Requirements:

You used to write code. Now you deliver tested, working features.

When someone mentions Big O notation you don't immediately think of tires.

You are fluent in seven languages -- two of them human.

You are willing to perform routine tasks that a machine could do for you. Once.

You are both inquisitive and decisive.

You get things done.

You have the right attitude. The right energy. And you're 100% committed.
