Your tasks:
- Responding to queries relating to LSG products
- Registration and classification of cases in a ticketing tool
- Resolution of first level issues
- Taking over of further issues step by step from the second level support
Your qualifications
- Very good command of German, both oral and written
- Good command of English
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good communication and team work skills
- Willingness to work in international environment
- Good knowledge of general software tools (no IT expertise required)
- Analytical skills and structured way of working
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in customer service area in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Service Support Center (SSC)
