Customer Service Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Responding to queries relating to LSG products
  • Registration and classification of cases in a ticketing tool
  • Resolution of first level issues
  • Taking over of further issues step by step from the second level support


Your qualifications
  • Very good command of German, both oral and written
  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Very good communication and team work skills
  • Willingness to work in international environment
  • Good knowledge of general software tools (no IT expertise required)
  • Analytical skills and structured way of working
  • SAP knowledge
  • Experience in customer service area in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Service Support Center (SSC)
