Description
A global CRO in Hampshire require an experienced Site Contracts Manager to join their team on a 6 month rolling contract basis.They offer a competitive rate, and flexible home working.
The successful candidate will oversee administration and negotiation processes for site contracts that support projects within Clinical Operations; ensure site contract documentation is in compliance with sponsor and company requirements; identify project and/or individual site contract related problems and work with internal and external team members to provide and implement solutions; train and mentor less experienced site contracts staff and identifies ways to improve internal project operations; establish strong working relationships with customers and internal project teams; lead internal team education or process improvement initiatives.
Skills/Experience:
- BA/BSc in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a similar position with a CRO or Pharma preferred
- strong knowledge of the clinical development process, and legal and contracting parameters are essential
- some contracts management experience would be ideal
- strong computer skills essential
