The role:

You will be involved in managing relationships with customers on a higher level. Addressing the existing gaps and issues by promoting the company's implementation services. Support in up selling additional software and services. Understanding and working with different teams to provide solution road maps to clients. Project planning and estimating with pre-sales activities.2-3 days remote work. 

Fluent in Spanish & English
