Performance & NFT Test Lead: Job Description
Performance Test Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Performance & Non-Functional testing
Strong enough Lead Co-ordinator to lead the Performance and NFT team.
Focus delivering on both services criterion efficiently and effectively in areas on Performance & Non-functional testing
Complete the performance tests with right quality and within budget.
NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of the Performance Tests
Strategize and Plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, and Database etc.) and secure test environments in advance.
Analyzing NFRs and negotiate with stakeholders on scope and strategy NFT status tracking and reporting Produce comprehensive test Estimation/test plans/test strategies/test execution/test completion report for Performance Testing
Coordinate NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.)
Review Test Execution and Analysis on Test Reports
Follow best practices, manage a team of 6-8 members and mentor the team members
