Certified Scrum Master (CSM) needed with BPM (Business Process Management) project experience. 6-12 month contract base in Paris.
Working for an IT Consultancy on site with an end client in Paris. Start ASAP in June 2014.
Key skills, experience and day-to-day duties are as follows:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with experience of implementing Agile (Scrum) methods for organisations with little prior knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience working on BPM (Business Process Management) projects.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in best use of Scrum practises. Ensuring working methods are applied consistently across the teams.
- Scrum Master for 2-3 Scrum Teams. Accountable for guiding the teams towards improving the way they work on a day-to-day basis.
- Working with both off-shore & on-shore teams.
- Facilitating Sprint planning, retrospective and Sprint demos.
- Fostering better communication between teams and team members: eg- liaising between developers.
- Candidates must offer at least 3-5 + years' experience of working with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Assisting Product Owner with keeping the backlog to an acceptable level and ensuring cross-team coordination.
- Maintaining and improving KPIs/metrics that show the team how they are performing.
- Managing dependencies between the team and 3rd parties and other Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in using JIRA for tracking and reporting would be advantageous, but not essential.
