Senior Lync Consultant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support LYNC Programme and Project in its deliverables
- Planning, preparation and execution of the migration from legacy chat systems to Lync Group Chat and from legacy hosted live meeting platform to LYNC
- Execution of Vantage policy enforcement
- Bring system changes into production and performing initial implementations
- Implementing high-risk changes
- Server build and production readiness, QA
- Production-side project management with engineering team Additional Responsibilities
- Resolution of 3rd line application and system support issues
- Following defined problem management processes for service outages
- Troubleshooting root cause of problems through liaison with vendors and engineering team
Your qualifications
- Strong understanding of LYNC 2010 including experience of installing and configuring
- Strong understanding of Vantage (Actiance Product) including experience of installing and configuring
- Strong understanding of Vantage compliance policies
- Understanding of LYNC and Vantage Archiving technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven record of resolving serious system problems through vendor liaison
- Understanding of Windows 200x, Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft clustered SQL Servers
- Documentation experience
