Salt are working with one of the fastest growing retail companies in the country on a Senior Marketing Manager on a 9 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Director of Customer Marketing, you will create and deliver the marketing campaign strategy across all direct marketing activity, reviewing and developing each and every campaign to maximise sales and profit.
This is an incredibly fast paced and deadline driven environment so experience within a similar surrounding is essential. You will have previous and extensive experience of direct marketing campaigns from initial brief to evaluation, preferably within a multi-channel environment. We are looking for someone who has proven success in creating new marketing campaigns to respond to the external market and inputting this into the broader corporate marketing strategy. Experience of managing a small team is essential.
